John has been advocating publically for Bitcoin and other similar technologies since 2021. In this capacity, he has been asked to speak at the Louisiana House of Representatives in regards to financial "sandbox" legislation. He has been part of working groups headed up by the Louisiana Treasurer's office focused on potential use cases for cryptocurrencies.
He has also self published Bitcoin Is Not Just Money, a work focused on all the ways in which Bitcoin is more than "magic Internet money."
