Pilate's asking of Christ, "what is truth" showed Pilate to be part seeker, but bigger part cynic. We'll leave the cynicism to the ancient Romans while actively seeking the objective truth within your organization.
Modern business is obsessed with efficiency, and there are good reasons for this, after all, results matter. Our experience is that "truth" is one of the most overlooked means of creating efficiencies. When truth is the basis of all you do (reports, evaluations, feedback, etc.) good things inevitably happen.
